How many days will it take for delivery?
We usually deliver islandwide within 1-3 working days. We try our best to deliver as soon as possible but due to the prevailing situation in the country there could be delivery delays.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please note at the moment we do not offer any returns or exchanges. All sales will be final.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Card Payments, Buy Now Pay Later Options via KOKO, Mint Pay, Direct bank deposits/transfers, Cash On Delivery (COD) and FriMi.
How do I know which items are in stock?
Out of stock items will be labeled as “out of stock” on the page at the time of the order. We try our best to show accurate information to our customers when it comes to product Specifications, Prices, Discounts, Images and Availability.
However, all these may change without prior notice.
Can I try the Product before Purchasing it?
Sorry we do not have the possibility to provide sampling opportunities.
What can I do if my order is delayed?
