Order Processing and Delivery Information

At Luxury Beauty, we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.

    • Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the same day.
    • Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Business Days: Please note that we only dispatch and deliver orders on business days (Monday to Friday).

    • We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Delays: While we aim to dispatch your order promptly, there may be slight delays during periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

 

Delivery Rates & Estimates

Shipment Methods:
We use Trans Express or Prompt Express for all deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Charges:

  • Standard delivery fee: Rs. 350/-
  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 15,000/-.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Damages : We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. To process your claim, kindly retain all packaging materials and the damaged item. This will help us resolve the issue promptly. Our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will assist you in addressing any concerns regarding your order.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we are only able to offer shipping within Sri Lanka. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
